1.) 10% service and the property maintenance fee covered the cost for cleaning,
sheets, towels, garden, guarding, pool, electricity, water, TV, repainting, it does not
covered the cost of rebuilding in case of damage, property tax and replacing of
inventory.

2.) In case of participation on the rental system the owner give the right to the
management, to rent the condominium for at least 210 days in a year. The owner
knows, when he use his condo in Peak- and Main Saison his return will be short
dramatically. When the owner use his condo by himself, there is a cleaning fee
from $ 10,00 per night

3.) Every Condo is transferred to a company (S.A) owned at the moment by
Ulrich Hummel. In case of purchasing the buyer get the shares of the company. The buyer accept all regulation, specially he agree that the Condominium will expand according to the law and
the "Escetura". The condominium will expand not more than 30% from the existing buildings.
